How to get best results from GoRecroot resume search?

Start with two to four keywords from your primary requirements for the job position. You can customize the spread of your search by choosing ALL / ANY for your search. When you search for A ANY B, GoRecroot searches A, combines it with results for B. The effect will be a larger result pool to filter. When you search with A ALL B, GoRecroot brings your results that pass search parameter A and, B. The spread of results will be less, as there is two level filtering built in.

You now have preliminary results filtered based on your keywords. Click on results (shown just below the Go Search button) to get to search result filtering. It is recommended to start with a good spread of results and then filter results at the search results page.

The search results page is designed to pack as much qualitative information as possible about your search. There are color codes to indicate the fitment of the results to your search. The blue or gray background on each search result is an indication of active (color-coded blue) and passive (color-coded gray) job seekers.

You filter or fine-tune your search results with any of the following search filters

(1) Exclude specific keywords – works like the “NOT” algorithm in Boolean terms
(2) Location – geo specific search
(3) Experience
(4) Categories
(5) Tags – from keywords identified by the job seeker in the resume
(6) Advanced – changing the search algorithm to include all the parameters which is a tight filter, or any of the parameters, which will give a good spread of results
(7) Related search – other searches that were tried from your GoRecroot account
(8) Also searched for – cross pollination of search intelligence across users
(9) Map your JO – you can select a job order from your GoRecroot webtop and have GoRecroot map resumes to the job order – saves time and effort while delivering accurate results to work with.

Intellifit and GoRecroot are continuously evolving accuracy and building additional features. You can give us your valuable feedback on a given search from the search results page, for any search.
