Any of the above methods can get your resume search started. Once you have set your eyes on the resumes you want, you can add them to your webtop. Once these resumes are in your webtop you can extract contact information or export the resumes to spreadsheets to slice and dice them up. Most application tracking systems take in a spreadsheet input and, you should be all set to go recruit.
