Start with two to four keywords depicting your skill sets or area of expertise for your target job position. GoRecroot job search is global in its out reach. From the search results page you can zero in on specific geographic regions and locations. You can customize the spread of your search by choosing ALL / ANY for your search. When you search for A ANY B, GoRecroot searches A, combines it with results for B. The effect will be a larger result pool to filter. When you search with A ALL B, GoRecroot brings your results that pass search parameter A and, B. This will produce sharper results, as there is two level filtering built in.

You now have preliminary results filtered based on your keywords. Click on results (shown just below the Go Search button) to get to search result filtering. It is recommended to start with a good spread of results and then filter results at the search results page.

You filter or fine-tune your search results with any of the following search filters
(1) Improve results by adding more keywords to your search – try different searches until you are happy with the results shown
(2) Get recent results by setting a date in “Posted within”
(3) Choose type of employment – full time, part time, contract etc
(4) Choose other GoRecroot jobs to search job orders that are posted by recruiters at GoRecroot
(5) Vary the geographic location and zero in on a specific city, state, or country of choice – optionally you can include your preferred location as a keyword
(6) Map your resume – you can select a version of resume from your GoRecroot webtop and have GoRecroot map job positions to your resume – saves time and effort while delivering accurate results

When you create your resume at GoRecroot, (by going through the resume create process from the Jobber webtop), your resume is formatted and positioned at the right places.

10 – 20 minutes - depends on the depth you wish to portray in your resume. The more information you make available, greater is the chance of your resume showing in search results. Creating a job order could take 10 – 15 minutes. Serious jobbers, who take the time to present relevant information, expect good insights from your job order.GoRecroot job order provides for flexibility (if you are short of time) and depth (if you are looking at sharp results)

GoRecroot automatically presents your resume in searches. There is no need to write a cover letter or submit a resume for the job you like. GoRecroot automatically does that for you. GoRecroot will also let you know when a recrooter wants to communicate with you. If you are looking at faster results, talk to recrooters or be a featured jobber.

Resumes at GoRecroot at are not in open access.

Recrooters cannot get contact information unless they have paid for specific resumes.

You can mark your resume as confidential – where a recrooter gets your ‘opt-in’ via GoRecroot before getting your details.
If you have marked your resume as confidential be sure to visit your GoRecroot webtop regularly and respond to interesting opportunities.

Look up job orders that meet your search criterion, and submit your resume (already created in GoRecroot).
