It is possible that one or a few of the search conditions are blocking results. Please re-start by going easy on the filters and search conditions. Once you have some results, apply filters, one at a time, and incrementally build forward. Incremental steps forward are definitely faster to yield results and most time more accurate – you get a chance to build your filters based on the results – and harness the power of IntelliFit to your complete advantage.

At times IntelliFit (our proprietary sourcing and mapping algorithm) takes time to digest the information and present results that match your search. From your GoRecroot account to your hard drive:

Once you have taken required resumes through the check out process, go to your Webtop and use the Slice N Dice option. Slice N Dice allows you to handle resume data to suit your various needs and saves a load of time not having to format resumes or extract specific information. Select the data sets that you need from the resumes that you have purchases and click to export to a XLS spreadsheet.

To create a resume

It is a recommended practice to go through the wizard once, keep the information handy and then create your resume. You have the option to save multiple versions of your resume in GoRecroot and map different versions to suitable job positions. If you have multi sector or multi domain expertise you might want to have two or three versions of your resume to map to job openings or link to Featured Jobber or Jobber Talk.

The time you invest in creating your resume pay rich dividends in your job search and career planning. Please be sure to provide relevant and essential information. A filled in resume has a much better chance to show up in IntelliFit than a resume with fields missing. Invest the time and effort – your career is worth it.
